GTA 6 Voice Actors and Cast: Who Is Actually Confirmed

Rockstar hasn't published a cast list. Reported The one actor we can point to on the record is Stephen Root, who confirmed his involvement himself. Everything else you may see about who voices Jason or Lucia is unconfirmed.

Stephen Root

Reported ComicBook.com reports that Root confirmed he's in the game in an interview with AP News, in September. It connects him with Brian Heder, a character Rockstar has shown. Rockstar itself hasn't commented on its cast, and we haven't read the AP interview directly.

Radio hosts

Musicians hosting the radio stations are a different kind of casting, and here there are official details. Confirmed Rockstar's music page lists the hosts by their station names:

Station	Hosts on Rockstar's page
Cocoteo	El Martillo and La Gata
Back Country	MW and Delta Dawne
Afro Bank FM	Burna and Palmsy
The Chamber	DJ Kerry and DJ Tom
Flash FM	Robyn and Alex
Dirty South Classics	Trick and Trina

Our radio post has more on who's behind those names.

Why rumoured names aren't listed

You'll find lists online naming the supposed voices of Jason, Lucia and other characters. We're leaving them out. They mostly rest on resemblance, old credits or anonymous claims, the lists contradict each other, and they involve real people who haven't confirmed anything. Our editorial policy says we don't amplify unverifiable claims.

If an actor confirms a role on the record, or Rockstar publishes credits, we'll add them here.

What about the characters?

Characters and actors are separate questions. Rockstar has named plenty of characters, and our character hub lists them. The official bios cover the leads.

When we'll know

The game's credits should settle this soon after launch. We'll update this page then, so check back after November 19. Spoiler note: credits can reveal characters, so we'll only list names and roles already shown publicly until most people have had a chance to play.
