Reported Take-Two Interactive reports its second-quarter fiscal 2027 results on Monday, November 9 at 4:30 p.m. ET. It's the company's last scheduled investor update before GTA 6 launches on November 19.

What Take-Two has already said

From its August results filing:

  • Confirmed Full-year net bookings guidance of $8.0 to $8.2 billion
  • Confirmed Q2 net bookings guidance of $1.62 to $1.67 billion, for the quarter ended September 30
  • Confirmed Q1 net bookings of $1.39 billion, down 3% from a year earlier
  • Confirmed GTA 6 listed for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026

What to watch on the call

The date. Ten days out, expect it to be reaffirmed. Any other outcome would be a major story.

Full-year guidance. The $8 billion figure leans heavily on about four and a half months of GTA 6 sales in the fiscal year. A raise would suggest confidence in pre-orders, while holding steady is the cautious default.

Pre-order comments. Take-Two has historically given few specifics, so we'd be surprised by hard numbers, though even loose comments from management will get a lot of attention.

PC and online. Investors could ask. Don't expect an announcement on an earnings call, but the wording of any answer will be parsed closely. See what's known about PC and online.

What it won't tell you

  • GTA 6 sales. The quarter ended seven weeks before launch.
  • Review scores or performance. Reviews are reported for November 18.
  • Whether to buy stock. We cover games, not investments, and this isn't financial advice.

We'll add the outcome to our launch live updates after the call.
